Biography
Ary Reisin is a pianist, harpsichordist, organist, improviser, teacher.
Most known as an improviser, keeping with the rare tradition of improvisation of the great composers such as Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Liszt, and many others. Assuming it as a serious practice and art form that encompasses and combines the different modalities of: expression (interpretation), creativity (composition) and spontaneity (real time, made on the spot).
In the lifelong quest for self mastery, he continues to pursue expanding the technical and musical horizons that improvisation demands. Always striving for the ideal to improvise music that is as close as possible to a composed piece, that is played as musically and technically proficient as a learned piece.
Alongside specializing mainly in classical styles (among others such as minimalism), he also dedicates to teaching.
After having studied in depth and combined different comprehensive techniques for the prevention of injuries and tension, he educates and advises students and pianists as well as different types of keyboard players. He also teaches improvisation to players of all instruments and levels.
As a recording artist, he seeks to make music that is genuine and unique, no matter the style or instrument.
